Terms of Service

The service
CrewProof provides OSHA safety recordkeeping software on a month-to-month subscription, per the plan limits (workers and jobsites) shown on the Pricing page. Plan limits are enforced by the service.
Scope — what CrewProof is not
CrewProof is recordkeeping software. It is not safety consulting, not legal advice, and not an OSHA compliance guarantee. Regulatory determinations — including whether an injury or illness is recordable — remain the employer's responsibility. CrewProof does not file any form with OSHA or any agency on your behalf. Templates and talk outlines are generic starting points, not official OSHA material.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, for keeping your API key confidential, and for meeting your own regulatory obligations (including 300A posting and any electronic submission that applies to your establishment).
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month. Exports remain available for 30 days after cancellation.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months. CrewProof is not liable for regulatory citations, fines, or penalties assessed against your business.
