What we store
The records you enter: worker names and roles, certification types and dates, toolbox-talk attendance, incident descriptions and classifications, inspection results, and corrective actions. Incident records may include injury descriptions you provide; do not enter medical records, Social Security numbers, or other data CrewProof doesn't ask for.
What we never do
We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your safety records for marketing. Your records are never visible to other customers — every API route is gated by your company's own key.
Access and export
You can read and export your records at any time through the API, including the OSHA 300 Log as CSV. On cancellation, a full export is available for 30 days, after which records are deleted within 30 days on request.
Security
API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes. See our Security page for the current model and its known limits.
