A built-in library of 10 talk outlines built from OSHA's 2026 enforcement priorities — fall protection, heat illness, silica, PPE fit, trenching, struck-by hazards. Log each talk with its date, jobsite, leader, and attendee list. Coverage reports flag every worker who hasn't attended a talk in the window you set.
Certification tracking
Record every worker's OSHA 10/30 card, equipment certifications, first aid/CPR, and licenses with issue and expiry dates. Status computes live: current, expiring within 30 days, or expired. Plan caps keep rosters honest, not padded.
OSHA 300 / 300A / 301 records
Every incident is classified the OSHA way — death, days away, job transfer or restriction, other recordable, or first aid only — with day counts tracked per case. OSHA requires recordable cases on the 300 Log within 7 calendar days of learning of them; CrewProof computes that deadline per case and flags late or overdue entries. The 300 Log exports as CSV for any year.
TRIR & DART rates
Enter total hours worked and CrewProof computes your Total Recordable Incident Rate and DART rate using OSHA's published formula (cases × 200,000 ÷ hours) — the same numbers GCs ask for in prequalification and insurers ask for at renewal.
Inspections & corrective actions
Five built-in checklist templates — daily site walk, fall protection, scaffold, excavation, powered equipment pre-use. Failed items are returned the moment an inspection is submitted and can be turned into corrective actions with owners' due dates. Overdue actions surface on the status dashboard until they're closed.
