CrewProof now has a field-ready web dashboard backed by the same REST API. Start in the browser; integrate the API only if you want to.
1. Register your company
Subscribe to a plan, and we provision your company and issue its API key. Open the dashboard, enter the company ID and key once, and the browser will load your live records. Only a hash of the key is stored on the server — keep the key somewhere safe.
2. Add your crew
Add each worker's name and role from the Roster page (or POST to the workers endpoint). Plan caps are enforced by the API, so your roster always matches your plan.
3. Record certifications
Add each worker's OSHA cards, equipment certifications, and first aid/CPR with issue and expiry dates. Status — current, expiring, expired — computes automatically from there.
4. Log this week's talk
Pick a topic from the built-in library (or your own title), add the date, jobsite, leader, and attendee list. The coverage report immediately shows who still needs a talk.
5. Check your status
The dashboard Overview is your morning check: expired certs, overdue corrective actions, log entries nearing the 7-day OSHA deadline, this year's 300A counts, and your TRIR/DART rates once hours are entered.
